                                                               A SELF NOTE:

LIFE IS TOO SHORT TO  WAKE UP IN THE MORNING WITH REGRETS. SO, LOVE THE PEOPLE WHO TREAT YOU RIGHT, FORGIVE THE ONCE WHO DON'T AND BELIEVE THAT EVERYTHING HAPPENS FOR A REASON. EVERYTHING HAPPENS FOR A REASON. IF YOU GET THE CHANCE,TAKE IT. IF IT CHANGES YOUR LIFE,LET IT. NOBODY SAID IT WOULD BE EASY, THEY JUST PROMISED IT WOULD BE WORTH IT.


       Each day I am becoming more and more aware of how much I have changes in the past few years. My goals in life have been changed, as well as my priorities, so step by step I started getting rid of everything that's not alingen with the person I want to become and with the life I want to live, With time I also developed a lot of new habits which I will be talking today-

          Habits sneak into our lives because they make our life easier, not necessarily better. IT'S time to choose the once that make your life better.

          When a behaviour becomes a habit, it saves your brain time and energy. Once it recognize a familiar trigger, it starts the pre programmed behaviour. Job done!We don't have to think about it, we just do it.

            The habits can be as innocuous as always having a cookie with your coffee to the more nefarious variety of self-sabotaging vitriol that kicks in when we think we've done something wrong, again.

             Habits can change your life.Eating a cookie with every cup of coffee is going to change your life by adding unwanted inches to your waistline. Negative self-talk will change your life by stealing your hope. Bad finanacial habits can undermine wealth and well-being.

THERE ARE SOME HABITS I WANT TO SHARE FOR MAKE THE LIFE BETTER :

1.HABITS IN MORNING & NIGHT ROUTINE:

Having some time early in the morning and at night to yourself is crucial, in my opinion. We constantly rush through life and having that time to ourselves to enjoy peace and quite is necessary for our overall well-being. During the past few months, I has a habit of easing into the day,having morning routine about an hour long that included reading, drinking tea, meditation, etc.

But recently I realize that is my most productive time. So, now my morning routine lasts about 10-20 minutes and then I sit at my desk and starts working. Whatever the case may be, having a morning and night routine gives structure to your day and I suggest developing some sort of your own routines, according to your lifestyle.

I also developed a habit of reading daily after I discovered the blinkist app. Reading was something I always enjoyed but I could never make it a daily habit. I would often skip a day or a few days if I was travelling and didn't want to over pack my bag with books. It's easy to implement in it your routines while you're doing some other tasks, like cleaning or while you're driving to work.


2.PRACTICING GRATITUDE:

Since I started developing gratitude as one of my daily habits, my whole prespective on life has changed. I think I started with this practice a year or two ago, probably after reading some Law of Attraction book where one of the main points that are You show, the more things you'ii have to be great full for.The thing about gratitude lists is that you start focusing only on the positive, and soon it becomes your second nature. No matter the situation you find your self in, the good or bad. You will always be able to find something positive in it.The way I do this is:

During my morning routine, I always enjoy taking a few moments and think to my self what i am great full for that day. It may seem weird since the day practically hasn't even started yet, but things that I often mention are my health, the opportunities I have, nice weather ( which as I'm writing this, I realized how I always think the weather is nice. If it's raining, I'm thankful it's not too hot. If it's hot outside, I'm great full that it's sunny... And that's actually what this is all about when you think about it - seeing the good in everything) ... You can always keep it to the basics and think about why you're thankful for those things.



3.ACCEPTING THE THINGS THAT YOU CAN'T CONTROL:


 I am what you call a control freak. I believe that if I'm in control nothing bad is going to happen and everything will go as planned.

I spend so much time and energy trying to control everything, trying to prevent bad things from happening.But of course, I fail. It only caused me so much disappointment and frustation.

Because in reality, no matter how much we like to deny and ignore it,

And the moment that I slowly opened myself to this truth I started to realize that instead of fixating over the things that we have no control of, it's so much more effective to focus all over energy and attention on the things.

Take everything that you can't control as an opportunity for you to learn, grow  and adapt. Stop trying to control everything- you were not made to do this. Let go, breathe, accept what it is and appreciate what you have.

4.ALWAYS MAKE TIME FOR YOURSELF:


I have this habit of always putting the needs of other's first before mine. I find it more fulfilling to do that.

But after falling into depression, I realize that one of the main reason why I'm trapped in this darkness is because I choose to give and give and give until there was nothing left of me.

I was too fixated of putting the needs of other people first that I forgot to take care of my own. And i don't want you to make the same mistake, So, here's what I'll tell you:Making time for yourself is not selfish.I'm not telling you that putting the needs of other's first is a bad thing but if you constantly do it to a point where you start to forget your self, then that's where the problem begins.

You can't pour from an empty cup. You can't expect yourself to continue to function, to continue to be truly happy if you are not taking care of your self.You won't always be a priority to others that's why you need to learn to respect yourself, take care of yourself and make yourself a priority.

Don't be afraid to choose yourself!!!!!


5. TAKING ACTION:

Stop waiting, leave procrastinating and waiting in the past. Decide that it's time to change your life and for the world to see what you have to offer. If you're afraid then start acting," as if ". Act as if you got that job you want. Dress for that job. Act as if you have a strong and healthy body. Exercise and eat food that nourishes your body. If you want something something , take the steps that will lead you in the direction of success.Just start doing.

We are often waiting for the right time, the right people, the right weather. If you want to find excuses, you can easily find 10 reason as to why not to take action. start focusing on the reason as to why you absolutely should start taking action.

Have the intention in your mind that you'll do weather it takes ton start creating your best life. And then start making decision that align with that intention.

Each second of each day you can make a decision that aligns with the best version of your self. The question is- how badly do you want to live your best life? Do you want to be the best version of yourself or do you want to settle for what society or your excuses and limiting beliefs are telling you?

The decision is always yours to make, You are the only person in control of your life. Sooner you realize that- the sooner you can change your life however you want.

FREELY. LEAD BY 
EXAMPLE. TRUST
YOUR GUT. SAY 
WHAT YOU FEEL.
MEAN WHAT YOU SAY.
EXPRESS GRATITUDE.
BELIEVE IN YOUR 
POWER. EXCEED
YOUR EXPECTATIONS.
DANCE THE NIGHT
AWAY. SKIP DOWN 
THE STREET.

AN ANSWER. BE
YOUR BEST SELF.
