 7 WAYS TO DO EXTRA ACTIVITIES IN REGULAR LIFE


         So, as i have already mentioned that I am a student of medicine and like to write Blogs.SO, how it is difficult to manage all this things and how to do extra activities or hobby which you like to do on regular basis? this management takes a bit of time but after that we can easily manage these stuff.

Everyone is already engage with some regular work weather it is study, job, household works or any activity that they have to do for normalize their life now a days. It's kind of difficult to make a time for do some other activity for self esteem or for just fun.Because most of the time people tired after doing the routine work or job, so they obviously prefer to take some rest instead of doing other activity.

I was also one of them.When I was in school, I used to do study all the time because may be that time I had no any goal except take admission in medical, so at that time I did't feel that I don't have time to do another things because my only hobby was to do best in studies. Trust me, I haven't even have any relationship status that time because my only focus was to do best in exams.

After taking admission in medical, I realize that there is too much that I wasn't aware of weather it is my hidden skill of great communication, or anchoring or writing or dancing .... there are too many that I can't even describe here, but yeah it's just because may be I am in college now or may be now I can manage my time well ...there are so many reasons but now I can manage my study and my hobbies with many other activities in a day.

I usually have full time of college like morning to evening and i have to rush all the day, quite difficult in starting term but now it's easy and can handle it very well by developing these habits in my regular life: 

Sharing some tips to manage time and hope it will help you in your regular life!!

1)Energize:

You need energy in order to do what you want to do; energy is crucial for your brain to focus. The more energy you have the easier it is to avoid distractions and stay focused on your priorities.

Put simply, you need to take care of your body if you want your brain to work effectively. And for that, keep it moving, eat real food optimize caffeine, go off the grid, make it personal.


2)Speed it up:

How obvious!

If you want to get the job done faster,you would do it quicker. I am not joking about this one.try to figure out the ways you could make your regular work takes become faster.Or, when I think better, this can go for any other activity in a day.For instance,I walk fast. I mean really fast!!!

My point is - little by little, it can sum up to a meaningful amount of time which you could use in any way you want to. When it comes to the more intellectually demanding tasks, you really need to have one additional component.


3)Use pockets of time to your advantage:

"Uhm...sure but...what do you mean by it?" you may wonder.

My pocket of time, I'm thinking about those few minutes we all have between some bigger task.Those are the moments when we begin to lose focus,and mentally wander, or even decide it's time to do the next thing.But until we actually start the next "big project". there are usually at least a couple of minutes when you simply - don't do anything.

It's true it could be considered as a time to unwind, and it's a fact we all need some, but I think it would be way better to use this time more wisely so that later on you could have more time for relaxation and or fun instead. So, try to stop wasting these pockets of time by doing nothing.


4)Be clear about the time you want to set:

You'll notice how much that time means to your overall health, happiness, and energy level. The best of all is that it doesn't have to take too much time to get such an effect. Sometimes , even 15-30 minutes will do the best for it.


5)Have discipline:

The final "SECRET" for having the extra time? you got to have the discipline to pull everything said in here into life. Some days will be easier, while there will be days when it will seem like an impossible mission. Either way, it'sfine, as long as you keep these things in mind and implement them on a regular basis, you'll be ok.And you'll rock your days, there's no doubt!


6)Don't procrastinate, just get it done.

We all have those moments when you procrastinate an action sometimes because you feel lazy, other times, you just don't feel like you are up to the task. Either way, procrastination significantaly affects your time management abilities. Even if you feel like you are giving yourself the time, you are actually going to work harder to compensate for the lost time. So just do it, there is never a perfect time.


7)Limit your time on social media;

At some point this summer I posted something on facebook that got me more worried about comments, likes, reposts, whatever, than I wanted. It was totally dumb.So one day I had a moment of clearity in the mindset of this and I decided to delete the post, take the app off my phone, and make a pact with myself to stay off social media for a week.

Actually this makes me realize that we spend a lot of time and energy on making our impression on social media so this is not wrong but we have to stop  making all this unneccessary things when it's not that to much important, this is not about social media influencers because their job is to make more impact on social media , this is about the normal people who just enjoys social media and get through it.


I HOPE THESE 7 HACKS WILL HELP IN YOUR LIFE TO MAKE TIME FOR THINGS WHICH YOU LOVE TO DO BUT YOU CAN'T DO BECAUSE OF IMPROPER MANAGEMENT OF TIME!!
