Hello people, Life is going in a way that we haven't thought about in our past life because we didn't have idea of pandemic situations but it does't mean that we'll not live that better life again. So. stand up and let's get our life back and live fully better healthy life with such amazing ideas.


1.SET UP YOUR MORNING ROUTINE:





Day can be more easy to spend if we've already make a schedule of it last night before sleep. As a good habit drink a glass of luke warm water with lemon will make your skin better and mind refreshed. Follow your daily routine with proper timing and make sure you are giving enough time to every activity you've decide in schedule. Do meditation every morning to keep your mind healthy & YOGA will make your body more flexible. Open up every window and let the sunrays come in your home which will make home antismelly and pure air will give your home a new light.


2.FOOD HABIT:




Usually people don't give attention toward their food habit in whole day because of busy schedule now a days which increase the rate of disease after a long term. So, make a healthy diet chart of a week for better healthy structure. Eat more greens and fruits for glowing skin and have at least 4 ltr. water for a day for hydrated skin and eyes. Eat meat, fish, eggs, oats and some full of protien food for weight gaining. Never skip meal or dinner or even break fast because it may ruin your energy level and make you feel loose for completing your daily task. Eat healthy, stay happy !!!!


3.MINIMIZE YOUR WORK :




Sometimes we have shortage of time because of in organized work schedule. We spend more time in that work which does't need much time and ultimately it effects the whole work. So, before starting the work of your morning make sure you've made a perfect time schedule for your whole day and it can follow as you've decide to do. If it isn't working as you are thinking then re-organized that. This can help a lot to minimize the whole day routine work schedule.


4.SKINCARE:




Your skin matters as well as your daily work. For whole day, you are busy with your stuff and don't pay attention to your skin which makes you look older and you loose your confidence day by day. To keep your skin healthy and glowing make sure you are taking enough amount of water and fruits. For soft and clear skin sleep is also an important factor. Take 8-10 hour sleep daily and stay happy as much you can because skin glow more when your mood is also good.


5.WORKOUT:




Your body needs equal amount of workout also. Some times, people who are working from home or in office don't have enough time for exercise which make them lazy and fatty. This thing affects the whole daily life so wake up early and do workout if possible. YOGA is also a best option because it will helps you to get a flexible and muscle full body. There are some sites and apps also which will help you to do daily workout according to your body needs and make you a healthy and happy person.



6.MAKE JOURNAL:





When you are making a journal about anything if it is about your daily routine or even your feelings or even of your expenses of your month ...it will always helps you to clear up your mind and make your daily life easy. Always have a habit to wright down your thoughts or your routine timetable will save your time and make you think that your routine is more easy than before.


7.MEDITATE YOUR SELF:




When you are meditating you are on the stage when you are not thinking about your work or your worries or anything else. which can help you to get a stage where you have new ideas about your work or study or daily life. Do meditation in the morning for better experience and make your day more cheerful. Meditation will make you feel fresh and clear up your mind to do your activities speedily.


8.SOCIALIZATION:




When you are being intovert for a long time you'll feel alone even if you are in crowd. Being social person will helps you to get new ideas about life and you will eventually enjoy the company of others. Being alone sometime is good but it doesn't mean that you will not interract with people anymore. You have to be social sometimes to get more opportunities in this digital world. Make a network, make new friends, meet new people and cherish your youth time.
